Bentleys Motor Group collects personal information when you make an enquiry or place an order for vehicles, parts or services and other products we offer. If you are taking out finance with your vehicle purchase the information you provide for the finance proposal will be disclosed to lenders for the purposes of considering your credit application. Lenders will cross check this information with other lenders to help prevent fraud. If you submit an enquiry on our website
When you submit information using an online form, GForces processes the data collected and stores it for 31 days for the legitimate business purpose of enabling us to access the information and deal with your request (it is then kept for a further 14 days in GForces’ routine back-ups for business continuity purposes). Call Tracking and Recording
All calls to any Bentleys Motor Group dealership will be recorded for quality assurance and data tracking purposes.
We use telephone tracking numbers to link a user’s call to where they originated from. This is done online using cookies on our own website. Call recordings are kept by GForces NetDirector Call Manager for 30 days, for the use of Bentleys Motor Group only.
